Shipping

We entrust our products to Poste Italiane or GLS: delivery within 3 business days, and in 80% of cases within 1 day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Standard shipping costs start at €5.90. The cost varies based on the quantity and type of products in your cart.

The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the parcel must be collected from the depot or post office. It is not possible to schedule a delivery appointment. Orders without a telephone number and street number cannot be processed.

As soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number. For Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia, please allow an extra day. During sales and Black Friday, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Stock levels are not synchronized in real time. In case of unavailability, we will inform you via email within 48 business hours and issue a refund within 30 days, or you may choose a replacement product.
