Standard shipping costs start at €5.90. The cost varies based on the quantity and type of products in your cart.

The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the parcel must be collected from the depot or post office. It is not possible to schedule a delivery appointment. Orders without a telephone number and street number cannot be processed.

As soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number. For Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia, please allow an extra day. During sales and Black Friday, processing times may be slightly delayed.
