You have 14 days from delivery to return products in their original condition, unworn, and with original tags and packaging. Each order must be handled separately.

1. Self-managed return

Ship the package using the courier of your choice to: GM Vegasi, Via Giovanni Lombardi 25, 80141 Naples (NA). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Return with scheduled pickup

We will arrange the pickup with our partner courier: the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Free in-store return

Drop off your return at one of our retail locations along with the completed return form, at no additional cost.

How to request a return

Fill out the return form and send a photo of it via WhatsApp to 344 205 2269: a representative will send you the return label. Place the products in the original box and pack it in a suitable shipping container, without applying tape or labels directly onto the shoeboxes.

Refunds via bank transfer can only be credited to Italian bank accounts.
